The second quarter of 2010 Aleesha has become a leading female bodybuilder. Aleesha was born into a large family that included athletes. Her father was a bodybuilder her siblings also played sports such as hockey on ice. Aleesha is a multi-sport athlete, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 following her win at the NPC USA Championships. But she started competing in 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete in the 9th place race. The finish she achieved was 9th in 2015. In the years 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed 6th in her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha, who has been consistently improving her performance since then, won her very debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance came in 2020. Her finish was in fourth place. Despite this, "Worlds strongest mom", took a short time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
